As the year begun we embarked on equipping the leaders of, The Chairpersons , vice Chairpersons , secretaries, treasurers, and Cordinators were present from 10 groups.
The one training by Coach Herbert taught the skills each leader needs to lead effectively, including the often-tricky skills needed to persuade and influence people even those over whom you have little direct authority. thinking abilities to help leaders think in innovative and creative ways.
This was intended to equip each leader to moblise more members and also retain old members.
