What an inspiring and impactful day! On 27th June 2026 180 women entrepreneurs from AWEC-Africa and other places had the privilege of attending a powerful business training on “From Survival to Strategy: Building Profitable, Sustainable, and Impactful Businesses.”
The training challenged us to reflect on whether we are truly running our businesses or whether our businesses are running us. We learned how to:
✅ Identify hidden bottlenecks limiting business growth.
✅ Build systems instead of relying on ourselves for everything.
✅ Hire, manage, and empower the right team.
✅ Improve accountability and decision-making.
✅ Shift from daily survival to strategic leadership.
✅ Build profitable, sustainable, and impactful businesses that can thrive beyond the owner.
One of the biggest lessons was that successful businesses are not built by working harder alone, but by creating systems, empowering people, and leading with vision.
