We have five savings groups in AWEC Africa; Kyamagwa Savings group, Wairaka Namaziba savings group, Wairaka Nazarene savings group, Walukuba Danida savings group and Bugembe savings group. Our savings groups meet on a weekly basis and allow women to save any amount of money from 3000 thousand shillings which is approximately 1$ and a few cents. They save with a target and many small businesses, properties the women have comes from these annual savings.
